ShadowClaw 1.5.1¶
A one-line fix to the checkout convenience script, released because it closes a real gap: after an upgrade, there was no way to confirm it took.
ShadowclawAI status names the running version¶
status printed ShadowClaw stack status -- resident (launchd) on 1.4.1 and
on 1.5.0 alike — the line never named a version. 1.5.0's upgrade
instructions say to run restart then status to confirm
the new build is live, and status had no way to answer that question.
status now imports shadowclaw from the same checkout start and
install-daemons would run it from, and prints what it finds:
If the interpreter cannot import shadowclaw at all, status says so rather
than aborting silently:
A broken interpreter is exactly what status exists to surface, not hide
behind a silent failure of the check meant to catch it.
Scope¶
This release touches scripts/ShadowclawAI and its tests only. No detection
logic, signal, source, or packaged installer changed. The .pkg, .dmg,
.zip, .deb, and .rpm artifacts published with 1.5.0 remain current —
that script is a source-checkout convenience wrapper and is not bundled into
any of them.
